This position will support the North America Beverage Division in a variety of areas. This position will interact with a variety of internal departments including but not limited to the Division s Graphics Department, Production Planning, Commercial, Accounting and Accounts Receivable. The CSR s will be plant based working closely with commercial and production planning to meet the needs of the customer while also being a part of the plants day to day operations. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Integrate and review forecast, releases and support planning
  • Manage the weekly releases of the plant (Entry, confirmation and edits)
  • Build tight knit relationships, with filling locations and the plant
  • Support and manage Plants inbound and outbound dunnage counts/secondary packaging
  • Receive, enter and deactivate sales orders from a variety of customers
  • Management of customer accounts receivable, Needs attention inventory, chargebacks and forecasts
  • Setting up of new customers in the Crown system
  • Creating and inputting engraving and MS # s
  • Timely entry of NAI invoices, credits, charges, RGR s, freight rates, Missed/late shipments and Process Nexternal orders, inventory reports as requested
  • Liaison for graphics and design changes, entering last production dates into system and managing hard and soft conversion timing

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications will include the following:

  • Bachelor s degree in business or a business related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on work experience in a customer service role. Customer service experience with large consumer package goods companies is a plus
  • Working experience in a manufacturing based industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, both as an independent contributor and also as a team player
  • Effective and proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize, effective time management skills and sound decision making skills
  • Detail oriented and very accurate.
  • Sound conflict management skills and effective interpersonal skills when dealing with company employees, vendor or customers at all levels
  • In-depth working knowledge of all components of the Microsoft Office software
  • Working experience using an AS400 system is a plus
  • A strong commitment to on-going personal development through education, work experiences or training
  • The position will require limited domestic and possible international travel.
  • Looking at the future career path, the ideal individual will have the potential beyond this position into other leadership positions in Sales and/or Production Planning.
