This position is for the System Integration/Test Engineering Manager of the Space Electronics Center Test Team. You will be badged to the Senior Manager of ATLO Production Test, Innovation and Technology and report to the Production Operations Director of the Space Electronics Center. Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities: You will lead a dynamic group of highly talented associate managers, test engineers, project leads, supervisors and technicians that team together to execute the development and testing of critical space electronics, including Command and Data Handling, Power and Avionics components. You will provide a single point of contact to the Production Operations Director on daily issues, tasks, and initiatives being worked to ensure the success of Space Electronics Center. You will focus on future organizational support and growth by identifying capital/overhead funding required for test equipment supporting production operations. You will perform functional leader roles including staffing, promotions, performance reviews, training, mentoring, etc. You will work with the Space Electronics Center s Test Tooling group to support facility infrastructure and upkeep of test equipment, production equipment, and facility infrastructure. You will lead the Space Electronics Center s Special Test Equipment Operations and Maintenance Team to ensure upkeep, maintenance, and future proofing of test system infrastructure. You will work as a liaison to ensure the implementation of new advancements stemming from Lockheed Martin Space s Digital Transformation Initiative, including Intelligent Factory (Industry 4.0), Advanced Visualization, RFID, Condition-Based Monitoring, etc., into the operations of the Space Electronics Center. Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) attributes with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
