The HR Representative performs professional level functions in the areas of associate relations, employment, and benefits administration, as applicable. Assists the Sr. Vice President - Human Resources and Human Resources Director with special projects as assigned.
A successful HR Representative will have:
Education : High school graduate supplemented by appropriate college level coursework required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline strongly preferred
Experience : Two or more years of experience in a confidential human resources, payroll or benefits position preferred.
Skills/Abilities: Effective oral and written communication skills required. Accurate data entry/keyboarding skills. Proficiency with MS software applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) preferred. Proficiency with PeopleSoft HR core modules preferred.
Other : Must be confidential in dealing with critical associate/department/company information. Willingness to travel (light, 5-10%) required.
